Joyce and I went on a weekend retreat to Minnamurra with a bunch of other engaged couples for the Anglicare premarital retreat.

If you haven't been and/or are thinking of going on some sort of pre-marital counselling, then we'd highly advise going on this – you get to spend some quality time with some very experienced family therapists and learn some skills for dealing with potential problems that may arise during marriage.

It's also a great time to get to fellowship with a bunch of other couples and to get a bit of time-out from the hectic busyness of life and work.

Joyce and I also managed to wander down to Kiama for a bit of an exploration in one of our free-time periods.
