I recently got myself the EF 100mm f/2.8 macro lens. So, for my first set of macro shots, here are some obligatory macro photos of flowers.

Looks like I need quite a bit of work on my macro technique...

Lesson learned #1: Don't try to take flash-less handheld macro shots in bad light.

Lesson learned #2: If you think you have enough DoF, you don't.
